I have been dreaming of writing this blog for many months, but delayed starting it because I didn't have the perfect blog name, the perfect words to start with, or the perfect idea for how all of this should go. But, today I decided that our love for the process would conquer perfection. And so starts our blog about the seed that was planted in our hearts more than 13 years ago.
This blog was born out of Eric and my idea to share the journey of how we came to know the baby that was born in our hearts more than 13 years ago. Our blog will be shared with our family and friends who have loved us and supported us on such a beautiful journey. But the one person this blog is for, above all others, is our baby. I play a slide show in my mind where we read the words we have written in this blog to our baby, so that he or she will know how long we waited, and the depth of our love. And so it begins....
